Expansion of the management

As part of a long-term transition planning, IFA Technology GmbH has expanded its management team and appointed Stefan Neumann as its second Managing Director. In this function, Mr. Neumann will manage the company together with the previous Managing Director, Karl-Heinz Gruber, with immediate effect.

Stefan Neumann has already been working for IFA Technology since 2010 and has been able to build up and expand his experience in various positions within the company. For more than five years, he has been responsible for IFA Technology's sales activities as Sales Manager. He was already appointed as a member of the management board in 2021 and has been involved in the strategic decisions of the company since then.

Karl-Heinz Gruber has been Managing Director of IFA Technology for 15 years. During this time, he has made a decisive contribution to the positive development of the company. Through his outstanding work, he has been able to lead the company on a successful growth course, building up a competent and committed team of employees in the process.
With currently 87 employees, including 4 trainees, IFA Technology has reached its highest level since the company was founded in 1980.
