Information for suppliers

The selection process for new suppliers is clearly structured and designed to integrate you as efficiently as possible. We place great value on optimally supporting our suppliers and ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

1. Initial contact and registration
Interested suppliers can register online. Please provide relevant company data and information about your products and services.

2. Qualification check
After registration, we will check whether your information matches our requirements and needs. The more precise your information is in terms of industry, certifications and production capacities, the better we can assess you. We will send you a non-disclosure agreement if required.

We check for the presence of all required signed documents: 

• General terms and conditions of purchase GTCP
• Declaration of Commitment
• Supplier code
• Risk assessment (for assembly companies)
• Certificates for quality management
• Certifications in the area of environmental protection and sustainability (e.g. ISO 14001).

3. Supplier evaluation and request
After a successful qualification check, an employee from our purchasing department will contact you. When the time is right, you will receive a request from us.

4. Test phase
If we are convinced by your offer, you will receive an initial order as a test delivery to assess your performance in practice. We pay particular attention to quality, reliability and punctuality.

5. Long-term partnership
After successful completion of the test phase, we look forward to a long-term and successful cooperation.
